REWARDING SUNWAY LAGOON’S LOYAL PATRONS ~Encouraging family fun and rewarding prizes by spending time outdoors~

I am a big fan of Sunway Lagoon, always love to go there to spend time with family and kids. My children love to go there and they loved the water parks.

It was a day filled with happiness as three lucky winners took home the top three prizes in Sunway Lagoon’s recent contest for loyal visitors as part of its Passport To Your Best Day Ever loyalty programme. Mr. Lean Wen Seng, 30, claimed the top prize of a trip to Bangkok while Mdm. Lee Siew Chin, 64, received the second prize of RM300 Petron Fuel Voucher. At the same time, Chua Keng Huat, 55, received the third prize of 10,000 points worth RM100.

The winners were presented with their respective prizes by Magendaran Marimuthu, Assistant General Manager of Sunway Lagoon at the special prize presentation held on 31st May 2017 at Sunway Lagoon’s Surf Beach.

The contest which ran for a month and a half from 13th March until 30th April 2017 was open to all Sunway Lagoon Passport Holders. Participants had to fulfill the five-time visitation condition during a certain time period to be in the running for the top prizes, selected on a lucky draw basis.

“Similar to the one held previously, we received yet another grand response to this contest – raking in over 1,000 entries throughout the duration of the contest! It is truly a great way to thank our loyal patrons and to make a meaningful exchange of value between Sunway Lagoon and our visitors. It is also our way to encourage family and friends to spend memorable and fun times together here at Sunway Lagoon with the endless thrilling and spilling attractions we have in store,” said Magendaran Marimuthu, Assistant General Manager of Sunway Lagoon.

“I am beyond elated to win the grand prize. Never have I imagined that a simple sign up for the loyalty programme would lead to this! This is the first time winning something so exclusive and I would like to thank Sunway Lagoon for this privilege!” said Lean, Grand Prize winner of the contest.
The Passport To Your Best Day Ever is the membership loyalty programme of Sunway Lagoon and is available for purchase online at RM 450 with unlimited entries to the park.

Food brings us together with our friends and family, especially during festive seasons like Chinese New Year. How to Lower Your Renovation Costs

Remodeling your home doesn't have to cost thousands of dollars. If you're interested in upgrading your kitchen or re-doing that carpet in the basement, here are just five ways to lower your renovation costs without lowering the contents of your wallet as well.

1. Hire Local Contractors

Unless you have a specialty feature that can only be installed by experts of a certain distinction or class, it's okay to hire local contractors to get the job done. Not only will they face less travel to reach your home, but they'll also know all about things like weather and neighborhood conditions without being told.

2. Plan Ahead

Preparation is extremely important during renovation projects. If you don't draw up budgets, schedules and contracts, you're much more likely to face unpleasant and unexpected surprises down the line. If you're serious about saving money during your remodel, get details here for planning ahead and obtaining quotes before you start tearing up your tile.

3. Check Inside Your Walls

If insects or rodents are found inside your walls during your renovation, your contractors will be legally obligated to stop working until an exterminator can come in and solve the problem. The same goes for asbestos and other potentially hazardous compounds. If you don't want to halt your progress halfway through the project, have your walls evaluated beforehand.

4. Cut Corners for the Small Stuff

There's nothing wrong with applying a stainless steel finish instead of actually building a new-brand sink in stainless steel. Who will know but you and your contractor? While you shouldn't cut corners when it comes to the big stuff, there's no harm in reducing your expenses for the small, everyday things.

5. Say No to Upgrades

Contractors live for upgrades. They require more planning, more materials and more labor, so that means more money in their pockets when the job is done. Resist the urge to listen to their suggestions! If you haven't planned for it and don't need it, don't pay for it. Stick to your budget. In the long run, you'll be glad you did.

These are just a few helpful tips for saving money while you renovate. As you can see, a lot of them involve out-of-the-box thinking, so don't be afraid to experiment during your remodeling projects. If something doesn't work out, you can always re-do it again!

Events and Tuition

Now I have to choose if I can go for the events I am invited because my son have change tuition center. He's this year in a day care tuition center and I was told that this does not help him at all. Indeed, his grades fall badly except he loves English subject so much that the gained 98 marks in this.

I have tried teaching him myself but it's not that easy, next year standard 4 is getting tougher and harder. I know it's important to get him on right tuition center where there is real teacher to teach instead of SPM leavers. His current tuition place I was told that a few teachers came and left, they were SPM leavers and just waiting to go college.

The new tuition center is 5km away from my place. My friend says if weekday from school to go there would take 30 minutes.

Now thinking about school holiday, where to go? How about Genting Highland, this month there's special price for buffet lunch! After eat the buffet lunch can go to temple, it's nice place to go and there's turtles in pond that you can fee. Other than that, you can also go watch Magic Show! Click on the links to find out.

I think the temple is a nice place to visit, beside prayer, you can find many things interesting there. 10 Chamber of Hell, is awaiting you to find out over there.

1600 PANDAS MY TOURING ROUTE

This event is open for public too, though I am going with my friend on Sunday to Dataran Merdeka.

How about you?

I am pregnant so soon I need to start shopping for baby stuff. I am not sure if I am going to have baby boy or girl it doesn't matter as long baby is healthy and happy I am happy. On the other hand I am very happy to see my grandmother is blind, she is not able to talk anymore. I got to know this from my dad he visited her three months ago. She has ten children but she is now living in old folk home. My mom is living in nursing home, I hope my dad will let give my mom a second chance.

How to go Uptown 2 from Subang?

How to go uptown 2 from subang jaya? I know that Damansara is the area where you always stucked in the jam. I find out that the place has population of 140,000 people staying there. Just imagine the traffic during off hours.

The location is nice but the traffic is killing me. I am thinking how much it will cost if I take a cab to go Damansara. My friends too are thinking about it!

Someone told me we can take LRT, but we are not sure about the route. Need to go Google to find out!
