Join Pigeon’s monthly breastfeeding workshop this August 23rd, conducted by breastfeeding advisor Puan Salmiah. Yes, that's tomorrow from 11am to 4pm at Sunway Medical Centre.

Apart from the must-know topics about breastfeeding, renowned psychologist Paul Jambunathan will talk about the psychology of breastfeeding, while Tham Kwee Peng from Sunway Medical Centre will demonstrate a baby massage.

Are beast pads important?

The breast pads I'm saying are for those breastfeeding moms, sometime you'll feel breast milk leakage. There is way to avoid this happen by putting the breast pads. I tried it before and they are good for usage.

I used to breastfeeding my son exclusively for 3 and half years. I didn't wear the breast pads for that long. It is only for the first few months I used it.
